Description: Heal, unlock, and deepen your creative intelligence. With creativity you move from fear to freedom, from restriction to expression.

Spiritual traditions of all kinds have embodied and often been the bearers of artistic and creative expression throughout time. Personal transformation is, by nature, a creative process.

We all have the creative gene. Even at our most rational you use your imagination to problem solve. This presentation will be not so much about learning Art, but about using visual and creative skills, including meditation, hypnosis, and neurolinguistic repatterning to develop innovative, solution based thinking, and self discovery, and healing while changing limiting beliefs and behaviors.

The importance of creative Intelligence becomes ever more valuable in a world where information is readily available, where complex tasks are simplified, and where more and more work is outsourced. Creativity becomes a critically valuable, though always elusive, commodity.

Everyone is welcome, artists and non-artists, teachers, therapists, healing arts professionals ' anyone wanting to reconnect to purpose and passion.

- Using the visual arts, drawing and other media, with some journaling and writing, to unlock the creative potential
- Using guided imagery and process work, removing obstacles of fear and self-doubt, to generate confidence, clarity, motivation and purpose
- Using elements of Mindfulness practice to enhance and deepen and engage in ongoing creative activities for further healing and self-discovery.

The human mind has the great capacity for creating pictures, images and meanings that are our internal representations, filters in which we 'see' the world. These filters help us to navigate, relate to, and be in the world. We 'create' these pictures, therefore we can change them if we want. Those old, negative images, can be moved, towards a more understanding, compassionate, motivational and inspirational image, that not only heals us, but nutures us towards our deepest dreams, vision and goals.

All behaviors have good intentions, so we can have the outcomes we truly want, instead of settling for less and just being victims to circumstance, our environment, and the conditions of our times. Come join us for the tools that you can fit into your life to create the best possible life for you.
