Experience
physical, emotional and creative freedom of expression, using your body,
recorded music, percussion instruments and spontaneous movement activities that
will leave you feeling more integrated, relaxed and clear.
The body holds
memories of experience. What is your
body trying to tell you? When does it
need to move? How is your self-image
affected by how you feel and move? Learn
to tune in to what you need by learning how your body needs to move. Learn how imagery, breathing, and simple
movement can change your internal bodily sensations and emotions. Learn to change your habitual physical and
behavioral patterns for better health.
Learn to FEEL your body from the inside out.
