Lucy S. Gonda M.A., BC-DMT invites YOU to attend:

Dance/ Movement Therapy For Health!

Come attend on-going classes for adults and kids of all ages. Group and individual classes are offered. (Also special classes and workshops for educators, parents, dancers of all levels, actors and other creative artists are often presented).

The fee of $12 for any class goes to Studios for Movement, Dramatic Arts and Rehearsal and must be paid in person at the time of class.  Scholarships are available on a limited basis and must be arranged for ahead of time.

Experience physical, emotional and creative freedom of expression, using your body, recorded music, percussion instruments and spontaneous movement activities that will leave you feeling more integrated, relaxed and clear.

The body holds memories of experience.  What is your body trying to tell you?  When does it need to move?  How is your self-image affected by how you feel and move?  Learn to tune in to what you need by learning how your body needs to move.  Learn how imagery, breathing, and simple movement can change your internal bodily sensations and emotions.  Learn to change your habitual physical and behavioral patterns for better health.  Learn to FEEL your body from the inside out.

Come Dance With Me!

Please call Lucy directly @ 310.5693137 for location (on the west side), days, times and reservations, or email her at: lucygonda@gmail.com.
